DESCRIPTION
Originally a southern Italian classic from Calabria, this sweet soppressata has a dry and crisp traditional flavor. With dashes of paprika and garlic, it is then stuffed into a natural casing and slowly cured for several months. The addition of cultures to every small batch encourages fermentation during the curing process which further flavors the meat!
