At Chef's Mandala Gourmet Store, we strive for your complete culinary satisfaction; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused gourmet products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
