DESCRIPTION

Alps' sausages have been handmade in Astoria, Queens since the late 1920s.  Today they still make their charcuterie following a recipe over 1,000 years old.  Lean pork is stuffed into natural casings, seasoned with only salt and pepper.  The pure flavor of this ancient recipe still resonates with gourmets today.

STORAGE TIPS

Shelf-stable before opening, once the package is opened wrap the cut face tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate.  Leave the casing on when storing but remove before eating.
